1. Services

Enterprise risk intelligence & surveillance platform for MT5 broker environments.

2. Eligibility

Only licensed brokers or authorized financial institutions.

3. License

Limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license. No ownership transfer.

4. Acceptable Use

• No reverse engineering or decompilation
• No redistribution
• No SaaS reselling
• No benchmarking publication
• No abuse or exploitation

5. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, ML models, risk logic, UI, and branding remain property of StreamKube.

6. Trials

• Time-limited
• Single-server
• Non-production
• Includes implied NDA

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of technical, business, and operational information.

8. SLA & Availability

Target uptime is 99.5% for SaaS. Maintenance windows may occur.

9. Data Ownership

Client retains full ownership of all trading and operational data.

10. Limitation of Liability

• No liability for trading losses
• No liability for indirect damages
• No liability for regulatory decisions
• No liability for LP disputes

11. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify StreamKube against misuse or illegal operation.

12. Termination

Immediate termination for violations or non-payment.

13. Governing Law

To be defined by contract jurisdiction.
